The First Trust Nasdaq Cybersecurity ETF (the Fund ) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Funds fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Nasdaq CTA Cybersecurity TM Index (the Index ).
The fund tracks the Nasdaq CTA Cybersecurity Index using a modified free float market capitalization weighting methodology, holding securities of companies engaged in building, implementing and managing security protocols for data and network protection. The index caps the five largest constituents at 8% each and remaining constituents at 4%, with quarterly rebalancing that may produce higher portfolio turnover. The fund is concentrated in the cybersecurity segment and may hold significant positions in particular jurisdictions or sectors as the index composition changes.
