Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

To maximize total return by emphasizing high current income and long-term capital appreciation, consistent with reasonable risk.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests in a broadly diversified portfolio of financially strong common stocks selected through bottom-up analysis of earnings potential, cash flow, balance sheet strength, and valuation metrics including price-to-earnings ratio and return on capital, with particular attention to dividend yield and growth prospects. The fund may also hold convertible securities, equity-linked notes, and up to 10% in real estate investment trusts, and may invest up to 15% of assets in foreign securities. Because security selection depends on the investment manager's assessments of individual companies' fundamentals and prospects, fund returns will diverge from any broad market index.
