Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2
Capital appreciation, which may occasionally be short term. The secondary goal is income.
The fund employs fundamental value analysis to identify undervalued equity securities of U.S. and foreign companies, examining cash flow potential, earnings multiples, book value, and ESG considerations; it invests primarily in large- and mid-cap stocks with smaller positions in smaller companies, merger arbitrage, and distressed debt, and may hold up to 100% in foreign securities or maintain substantial cash. Because security selection depends on the manager's individual analysis with no preset value parameters or screening criteria, performance will diverge from any benchmark based on the accuracy of those judgments.
| Share class | Gross | Net |
|---|---|---|
| TEQIX | 1.03% | 1.03% |
| TEMQX | 1.78% | 1.78% |
| MQIFX | 0.78% | 0.78% |
| FMQSX | 1.29% | 1.29% |
| FMQRX | 0.78% | 0.74% |
Net is what a holder pays after the adviser's contractual waiver; gross is before it. A waiver can expire.

Allocation
Asset groups · long / short shown separately, never netted · 2026 Q2
| Stocks | 81.52% |
| Loans | 9.81% |
| Bonds | 5.88% |
| Cash & short-term | 2.13% |
| Other | 0.18% |
| Derivatives | -0.00% |
The outer band is exposure held short — written against the portfolio rather than part of it, which is why it sits outside the ring and why the two are never netted into one figure.
Derivatives are shown at market value, not notional exposure.
Sector allocation
The same holdings as Allocation above, grouped by market sector instead of asset type · as of 2026 Q2
| International | 32.9% |
| Other | 12.3% |
| Communication Services | 11.1% |
| Financials | 10.3% |
| 9 smaller | 33.3% |
Government, Securitized and Cash are non-corporate buckets; International is foreign holdings we don’t sector-classify, and Other is the residual (held funds, unresolved names).

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 7.30pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 1.46pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
Debt profile
What this fund holds — value-weighted across its bond and securitized long positions · as of 2026-06-30
Share of the fund's debt by how its coupon behaves — the fact that decides whether a rate move reaches this portfolio at all.

| Zero-coupon or unclassified | 1.6% |
Share of the fund's debt value in each maturity band, shortest first.

These three overlap — one holding can be in arrears and paying in kind at once — so they are shown separately and never summed.
