Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Fundstrat Granny Shots US Large Cap ETF (the Fund) seeks long-term capital appreciation.
The fund is actively managed by Fundstrat Capital, LLC, which identifies broad economic and market themes—such as demographic shifts or technology trends—then screens large-cap U.S. companies with market capitalizations exceeding $10 billion for correlation with those themes using keyword analysis of earnings calls, financial metrics, and qualitative business alignment. Stocks that rank as top performers across two or more themes are selected and held in equal weight, rebalanced quarterly. Because portfolio inclusion depends on the sub-adviser's thematic assessments and quantitative screening, holdings will shift as those judgments evolve.
