Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

The Global Opportunity Portfolio (the Fund) seeks long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund pursues long-term capital appreciation through bottom-up stock selection across established and emerging companies worldwide, seeking undervalued firms with sustainable competitive advantages and strong fundamentals. The adviser integrates ESG analysis into security selection and engages company management on material ESG issues. Because the fund concentrates a significant portion of assets in a limited number of issuers that may operate in the same industry, sector, or region, performance will diverge materially from a diversified global equity benchmark. The fund may invest in China A-Shares via Stock Connect programs, ADRs, GDRs, and privately placed or restricted securities.
