Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight Technology ETF (the Fund) seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the S&P 500 Equal Weight Information Technology Index (the Underlying Index).

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the S&P 500 Equal Weight Information Technology Index through full replication, holding all 69 constituents and reweighting them equally each quarter rather than by market capitalization. Because each holding receives the same weight at rebalance, the fund's composition will drift between rebalances as security prices move, causing periodic divergence from the index until the next quarterly adjustment.
