Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The Invesco Solar ETF (the Fund) seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the MAC Global Solar Energy Index (the Underlying Index).

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the MAC Global Solar Energy Index through full replication, holding all constituents in their index weights. The index includes companies listed on exchanges in specified developed countries that derive at least one-third of revenues from solar business activities, which span equipment production, installation, materials supply, and solar power generation. The fund is non-diversified and therefore not required to meet diversification requirements under the Investment Company Act of 1940. Because the fund holds all index constituents, its returns will diverge from the index only by the amount of fees and expenses.
