Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The iShares MSCI USA Value Factor ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. large- and mid-capitalization stocks with value characteristics and relatively lower valuations.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the MSCI USA Enhanced Value Index using representative sampling, holding a sample of securities that collectively exhibit value characteristics—measured by price-to-book, price-to-forward earnings, and enterprise value-to-cash flow—within a market-capitalization-weighted framework that maintains sector weights matching the broad MSCI USA Index. Because the fund may not hold all index constituents, its returns may diverge from the index. The fund concentrates its holdings in industries to the same extent as the index, which as of July 2025 includes significant exposure to consumer goods and services and technology.
