Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The iShares S&P Mid-Cap 400 Value ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of mid-capitalization U.S. equities that exhibit value characteristics.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the S&P MidCap 400 Value Index, which selects mid-capitalization U.S. stocks exhibiting the strongest value characteristics as measured by book-to-price, earnings-to-price, and sales-to-price ratios. The fund uses representative sampling, meaning it may hold a subset of index constituents rather than all of them, which can cause the fund's returns to diverge from those of the index it seeks to track. The index applies a capping methodology that limits any single holding to a maximum of 23% of index weight and restricts the aggregate weight of holdings above 4.8% to 50% of index weight.
