Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

The investment objective of the Fund (Fund or Master Fund) is to track the performance of the S&P MidCap 400 Index to provide long-term capital growth by investing in equity securities of medium capitalization-weighted domestic corporations.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the S&P MidCap 400 Index by investing substantially all its assets in the stocks that compose the index, weighted by market capitalization, and may also hold ETFs and cash to maintain correlation or facilitate rebalances and redemptions. The fund may employ financial futures to assist in replicating index performance. Because the fund may be invested in a non-diversified manner to the extent the index itself is non-diversified, concentration risk can arise from the index composition.
