Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Funds investment objective is to seek current income and capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests in equity securities of large and mid-sized companies with at least ten years of consecutive dividend growth, seeking both current income and capital appreciation. The portfolio manager selects companies expected to sustain dividend increases through earnings growth, typically with market capitalizations of at least $500 million at purchase. The fund may hold up to 20% of assets in foreign securities, including emerging markets and depositary receipts. Because performance depends on the manager's selection of dividend-growth stocks, results will diverge from the broader market.
