Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The funds investment objective is to seek total return.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in real estate-related equity securities globally, selected through bottom-up fundamental analysis of individual issuers including REITs, similar entities formed outside the U.S., and companies earning at least 50% of revenues from real estate activities or related services. The fund normally allocates across different REIT managers, property types, and countries, though it may concentrate significantly in single issuers, countries, or regions. Because the fund may focus investments in any one or a few REIT managers or property types and may invest a significant percentage in a single issuer or small number of issuers, performance will depend on those concentrated positions.

Cumulative return· Jun 2023 – Apr 2026

May 2026 has been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so it is not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
