Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q2

The funds investment objective is to seek capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests primarily in large-cap equity securities that MFS believes are undervalued relative to their intrinsic worth, using fundamental analysis of individual companies to drive security selection. The fund normally diversifies across industries and sectors but may concentrate a significant portion of assets in a single industry or sector. Because security selection depends on MFS's assessment of individual company valuations, fund performance will diverge from that of any benchmark.
