Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The Fund seeks to provide investment results approximating the overall performance of the common stocks included in the Standard & Poors MidCap 400 Composite Stock Price Index (S&P MidCap 400 Index or Index).

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the S&P MidCap 400 Index using a passive indexing approach, holding substantially all securities in the index in approximately the same weightings, though it may use optimization to minimize tracking error and manage transaction costs when full replication is impracticable. Because the fund may not hold every security in the index or in identical proportions, its quarterly performance may diverge from the index.
