Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The SP Funds S&P 500 Sharia Industry Exclusions ETF (the Fund or the Sharia ETF) seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the S&P 500 Shariah Industry Exclusions Index (the Index).

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the S&P 500 Shariah Industry Exclusions Index using a passive strategy, holding securities screened for compliance with Islamic law—excluding companies in aerospace and defence, financial exchanges, and data processing, as well as those involved in gambling, alcohol, tobacco, or non-compliant financial ratios. Day-to-day management is delegated to ShariaPortfolio, the sub-adviser. The fund is non-diversified and may concentrate a greater percentage of its assets in a single issuer or small number of issuers than a diversified fund would. Because the fund may use representative sampling rather than holding all index constituents, its performance may diverge from the index.
