Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Touchstone Dividend Equity Fund (the Fund) seeks current income and capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of U.S. large-cap companies with histories of consistent, growing dividends, selected by sub-adviser Fort Washington Investment Advisors based on sustainable competitive advantages, barriers to entry, and reasonable valuations relative to intrinsic value. The fund typically holds 65 to 90 companies and may hold higher cash levels when the sub-adviser cannot identify sufficient securities meeting its purchase criteria. Because the fund's holdings depend on the sub-adviser's assessment of competitive advantages and valuations, portfolio composition may diverge materially from broad market indices.
