In the company’s own words
U.S. Gold Corp. (NASDAQ: USAU) is a gold, copper, and precious metals development and exploration company pursuing mineral opportunities primarily in Wyoming, Nevada, and Idaho. The company operates through exploration and development activities focused on advancing its mineral properties toward production. The company's website is located at https://www.usgoldcorp.com.
The company's primary asset is the CK Gold Project located in southeastern Wyoming, approximately 20 miles west of Cheyenne. The CK Gold Project is classified as a development stage property containing proven and probable mineral reserves and represents the most advanced of the company's projects. The project encompasses approximately two square miles of mineral rights on Wyoming state land under mineral leases, with the company holding 100% ownership of the mineral rights. The project is designed as a proposed open-pit mine producing a copper concentrate containing gold, copper, and silver from porphyry-style mineralization. The company has completed a feasibility study with an effective date of March 30, 2026, which projects an 11-year mine life focused on 1.6 million ounces of contained gold equivalent. All required permits to begin construction are in place, including the mine operating permit, industrial siting permit, water discharge permit, and air quality permit, which were finalized in November 2024.
The company also maintains the Keystone Project in Nevada, consisting of 601 unpatented lode mining claims covering approximately 20 square miles in Eureka County, and the Challis Gold Project in Idaho, comprising 77 unpatented lode mining claims covering approximately 1,710 acres in Lemhi County. Both properties are in the exploration stage. Additionally, the company retains a potential royalty position on the Maggie Creek property in Nevada following its sale to Nevada Gold Mines.
As of April 30, 2026, the company employed four full-time employees and engages consultants with specialized skills for project evaluation, due diligence, corporate governance, and property management. The company does not currently have any revenue-producing activities and expenses all mineral exploration costs as incurred.
