Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Fund seeks to provide long-term growth of capital.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in small-cap equities with market capitalizations in the Russell 2000 Growth Index range, selected through a bottom-up screen for companies with above-average earnings growth, reasonable valuations relative to that growth, strong financial characteristics, sustainable competitive advantages, and significant management ownership; the adviser targets companies with potential to appreciate at least 100% over three to five years. Foreign securities may comprise up to 20% of assets. Because the fund's returns depend on the adviser's security selections and the appreciation potential of chosen companies, performance will diverge from any index benchmark.
