Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The fund strives for the balanced accomplishment of three objectives: current income, growth of capital and conservation of principal.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests primarily in common stocks of U.S. and Canadian companies selected for strong balance sheets and sustainable dividend prospects, supplemented by investment-grade bonds and government debt securities. Multiple portfolio managers oversee separate segments of the portfolio, applying professional judgment to identify attractively valued securities expected to deliver long-term returns. Because security selection depends on the managers' assessments of value and dividend sustainability, fund holdings and performance will diverge from any benchmark.
