Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

The Bahl & Gaynor Income Growth ETF (the Fund) seeks current and growing dividend income, downside protection relative to the broader equity market, and long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund is actively managed and invests primarily in large-capitalization dividend-paying U.S. equities, selecting securities based on a bottom-up analysis of earnings and dividend growth, balance sheet strength, competitive position, and prospects for future cash flow. The adviser targets companies with high-quality business models, strong competitive advantages, reasonable valuations, and sound capital allocation, and sells holdings when dividends are reduced, fundamentals deteriorate, positions become oversized, or better opportunities emerge. Because security selection depends on the adviser's assessments of company fundamentals and valuations, fund performance will diverge from the broader market based on the accuracy of those judgments.
