Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The investment objective of Bridge Builder Large Cap Growth Fund (the Fund or the Large Cap Growth Fund) is to provide capital appreciation.
The fund combines the investment strategies of five sub-advisers, each applying its own selection process to large-capitalization securities. BlackRock tracks the Russell 1000 Growth Index; Jennison selects companies with superior earnings growth at attractive valuations; Lazard focuses on undervalued firms with strong financial productivity; Sustainable Growth Advisers identifies companies with predictable earnings and pricing power; and T. Rowe Price seeks growth companies with above-average earnings momentum. As a non-diversified fund, it may invest a greater portion of assets in a single issuer or small group of issuers than a diversified fund.
