Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

Columbia Global Technology Growth Fund (the Fund) seeks capital appreciation by investing, under normal market conditions, at least 80% of its total net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in stocks of technology companies that may benefit from technological improvements, advancements or developments.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of technology companies worldwide that the manager believes will benefit from technological improvements or innovations, with at least 40% in companies conducting principal business activities outside the U.S. and at least 25% in technology-sector issuers. The fund may hold companies of any market capitalization, including a significant allocation to smaller companies, and may trade portfolio securities frequently. Because the fund's selection depends on the manager's assessment of which companies will benefit from technological developments, performance will diverge from any benchmark based on the manager's security picks.
