Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

CTIVP T. Rowe Price Large Cap Value Fund (the Fund) seeks to provide shareholders with long-term growth of capital and income.

Strategy · summarised

The fund's subadviser seeks to identify large-capitalization value companies that appear undervalued by various measures—such as book-to-price ratio, EBITDA-to-enterprise value, or price-to-earnings relative to sector medians—and may be temporarily out of favor but have prospects for capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of value companies, with up to 25% in foreign investments. Because the fund's holdings depend on the subadviser's assessment of undervaluation and capital appreciation potential, results may diverge from those of value indices.
