Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The investment objective of the Dimensional US Large Cap Value ETF (the US Large Cap Value ETF or Portfolio) is to achieve long-term capital appreciation.
The fund purchases a broad portfolio of large-cap U.S. companies selected for low relative price, assessed primarily through price-to-book ratios and supplemented by price-to-cash-flow and price-to-earnings metrics, with positions weighted by market capitalization and adjusted for profitability and price momentum. Because the fund does not track a specific index and employs active management with discretionary overweights and underweights, its holdings and performance may diverge materially from any particular benchmark. The fund may use futures and options to adjust equity exposure around cash flows and employs flexible trading to manage transaction costs.
