Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q1

The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, of 300% of the daily performance of the Index. The Fund does not seek to achieve its stated investment objective for a period of time different than a trading day.

Strategy · summarised

The fund seeks daily investment results of 300% of the S&P 500's daily performance through swap agreements, futures, and ETFs that provide 3X leveraged exposure to the index. Because daily rebalancing compounds returns over time, results over periods longer than one day will not equal 300% of the index's return; the fund may lose money even when the index rises. The fund is non-diversified and may hold a relatively high percentage of assets in a limited number of issuers.
