Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of mid-capitalization companies, defined as those within the market-capitalization range of the Russell MidCap Growth Index at the time of purchase. T. Rowe Price, the sub-adviser, selects investments using a growth approach, targeting companies with above-average sales and earnings growth and the potential for extended revenue expansion. The fund may allocate up to 25% of assets to foreign securities and may concentrate in particular sectors such as consumer staples. Because holdings may drift outside the Russell MidCap Growth Index range over time, the fund's composition may diverge from that index.
