The fund invests at least 80% of assets in common stocks in the Russell Midcap Index, applying a research-driven stock selection process that screens for factors including valuation, growth, and quality to construct a portfolio expected to outperform the index. Because the fund selects stocks rather than holding all index constituents, its returns may diverge from those of the Russell Midcap Index. Effective December 11, 2025, the fund may use derivatives to gain exposure to index constituents or market risk factors.
