Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
Fidelity SAI Small-Mid Cap Momentum Index Fund seeks to provide investment results that correspond to the total return of small- to mid-capitalization stocks with high momentum characteristics.
The fund tracks the Fidelity U.S. Small-Mid Cap Momentum Focus Index, a rules-based index that selects small- to mid-cap stocks exhibiting high price and earnings momentum. The index applies market capitalization, liquidity, and investability screens to the universe of U.S. stocks outside the 500 largest companies. Because the fund's returns depend on the index methodology's selection of momentum stocks, performance will diverge from the broader small-mid cap market if momentum characteristics do not drive returns.
