Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

The First Trust Dow Jones Internet Index Fund (the Fund ) seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the Funds fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Dow Jones Internet Composite Index SM (the Index ).

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the Dow Jones Internet Composite Index, holding the 40 constituents classified in Internet Commerce and Internet Services sectors, weighted by float-adjusted market capitalization with a 10% single-security cap. The index selects companies generating at least 50% of sales from internet-related activities, ranked by market capitalization and trading liquidity. Because the index reconstitutes quarterly, the fund experiences higher portfolio turnover as it adjusts holdings to match index changes.
