The Goldman Sachs Equal Weight U.S. Large Cap Equity ETF (the Fund) seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Solactive US Large Cap Equal Weight Index (GTR) (the Index).
The fund tracks the Solactive US Large Cap Equal Weight Index, which holds approximately 500 of the largest U.S. companies but weights each constituent equally at roughly 0.2% rather than by market capitalization. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in index securities, though it may purchase a sample of constituents or substitute securities when full replication is impracticable. Because the fund may hold a sample of index components rather than all of them, its returns may diverge from the index.
