Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The Funds investment objective is long-term growth of capital and,
The fund invests at least 80% of assets in dividend-paying common stocks that the portfolio managers believe are undervalued based on fundamental analysis and valuation metrics, with a target price estimated over a 2–3 year horizon; up to 25% may be in foreign securities. The managers seek companies with strong profitability, solid balance sheets, and capital allocation policies supporting sustained or rising dividends and share repurchases, and construct a diversified portfolio across market sectors aimed at total return through price appreciation, dividend income and capital preservation. Returns depend on the accuracy of the managers' valuation estimates and stock selection.
