Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3
The Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF (the Fund) seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the S&P 500 Equal Weight Index (the Underlying Index).
The fund tracks the S&P 500 Equal Weight Index through full replication, holding all 503 index constituents and reweighting each to equal weight quarterly, unlike the market-cap-weighted parent index. Because each security receives identical weight regardless of size, the fund's quarterly rebalancing will systematically buy outperformers and sell underperformers, creating turnover and tracking costs that differ from a cap-weighted approach.
