Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The Invesco S&P 500 Quality ETF (the Fund) seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the S&P 500 Quality Index (the Underlying Index).

Strategy · summarised

The fund holds all 100 constituents of the S&P 500 Quality Index, which selects stocks from the S&P 500 ranked highest on quality metrics—return on equity, accruals ratio, and financial leverage—and weights them by quality score times market capitalization. Because the fund replicates the index in full proportion to its weightings, its returns will track the index before fees and expenses.
