Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The iShares Morningstar Mid-Cap Growth ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of mid-capitalization U.S. equities that exhibit growth characteristics.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the Morningstar US Mid Cap Broad Growth Index using representative sampling, holding a sample of mid-capitalization U.S. stocks with above-average growth characteristics rather than all index constituents. Because the fund may not hold all securities in the index, its returns may diverge from the index. The fund may invest up to 20% of assets in derivatives, cash, and securities outside the index to aid tracking.
