Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The iShares MSCI USA Quality GARP ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of U.S. large- and mid-capitalization growth stocks exhibiting favorable value and quality characteristics.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the MSCI USA Quality GARP Select Index using representative sampling, holding a subset of the index's 133 large- and mid-cap U.S. stocks selected for growth characteristics and weighted by value and quality scores relative to peers within each sector. Because the fund may not hold all index constituents, its returns may diverge from the index. A significant portion of the index is concentrated in technology stocks.
