Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q3

The iShares Russell Top 200 Value ETF (the Fund ) seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of large-capitalization U.S. equities that exhibit value characteristics.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the Russell Top 200 Value Index using representative sampling, holding a sample of large-cap U.S. equities selected for lower price-to-book ratios, lower sales-per-share growth, and lower forecasted growth relative to the broader Russell Top 200 Index. Because the fund may not hold all index constituents, its returns may diverge from the index. The index applies a capping methodology that limits any single company to 22.5% of index weight and restricts companies above 4.5% weight to 45% in aggregate.
