Strategy · summarised

The fund is subadvised by Jennison Associates LLC, which invests at least 65% of assets in equity securities of U.S. companies with market capitalizations exceeding $1 billion, focusing on medium-to-large cap stocks with above-average earnings growth, strong market positions, and improving profitability that trade at high valuations relative to current earnings. The subadviser may also hold up to 20% in money market instruments and U.S. Government securities, and up to 20% in foreign securities. Because performance depends on Jennison's earnings forecasts and stock selection decisions, results will diverge from broad market benchmarks based on the accuracy of those forecasts and the relative performance of the selected holdings.
