Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The Funds objective is long-term capital growth.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of mid-cap companies, defined by market capitalizations within the Russell Midcap Index universe at the time of purchase, selecting stocks the portfolio managers believe offer either sustainable above-average growth or strong free cash flow generation with shareholder-focused management. The fund may also hold REITs and use futures contracts to gain equity exposure from cash positions. In selecting securities, the team assesses environmental, social and governance factors as part of identifying financially material risks and opportunities, though this assessment does not preclude investment in or divestment from issuers based on ESG considerations alone.
