Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The Fund seeks to provide high total return from a portfolio of selected equity securities.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests primarily in common stocks of large- and medium-capitalization U.S. companies selected for attractive valuation, with up to 20% in foreign equities, seeking to outperform its benchmark through superior stock selection based on research into company prospects and relative value within sectors. The adviser may use futures contracts to gain equity exposure from cash positions. Because security selection drives returns, performance depends on the adviser's ability to identify attractively valued stocks and time their purchase and sale.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 8.43pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 1.69pp a year — not a difference in what they own.

Cumulative return· Jul 2023 – Apr 2026

May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
