Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
This Fund seeks growth of capital over the long-term.
The fund is managed by two subadvisers, T. Rowe Price and Frontier Capital Management, each responsible for a portion of the portfolio and employing distinct approaches: T. Rowe Price seeks mid-cap companies with above-average earnings growth and stock prices that appear to undervalue growth prospects, while Frontier applies a growth-at-a-reasonable-price approach targeting sustainable earnings and strong returns on capital. The fund invests at least 80% of assets in mid-cap equities (market capitalizations between $1.45 billion and $100.79 billion as of December 31, 2025), with up to 20% in stocks outside that range and up to 25% in foreign securities. Because performance depends on each subadviser's security selections and their differing investment criteria, results will diverge from any single benchmark.

Portfolio growth profile
How much of the fund’s stock holdings are in fast-growing companies · as of 2026 Q2
Share of the fund’s equity (by value) in companies whose trailing five-year revenue — or net-income — growth ranks in the top 25% of U.S. public companies. Foreign and newly-listed holdings are excluded, so the figure covers only part of the book. From SEC filings — not investment advice. How we measure this.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 2.67pp spread over 3 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 0.89pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
