Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1
The funds investment objective is to seek capital appreciation.
The fund invests primarily in large-capitalization equity securities selected through fundamental analysis of individual companies, with no constraint to a particular investment style; the manager may hold growth stocks, value stocks, or a blend, and may invest in foreign securities. The fund is managed to be sector neutral to the Standard & Poor's 500 Stock Index using the adviser's custom sector classifications. Because the fund's sector positioning is tied to the S&P 500, performance will diverge from the index to the extent the fund's individual security selections differ from index constituents.

Share of the fund’s equity (by value) in companies whose trailing five-year revenue — or net-income — growth ranks in the top 25% of U.S. public companies. Foreign and newly-listed holdings are excluded, so the figure covers only part of the book. From SEC filings — not investment advice. How we measure this.

These classes hold the same portfolio, so the 8.20pp spread over 5 years is the cost difference between them — roughly 1.64pp a year — not a difference in what they own.
May 2026 and Jun 2026 have been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so they are not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
