Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The funds investment objective is to seek capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of assets in equity securities of companies principally engaged in offering, using, or developing products, processes, or services that will benefit significantly from technological advances or improvements, identified through index inclusion, third-party sector classification, or derivation of at least 50% of assets, income, sales, or profits from such activities. MFS applies a bottom-up fundamental analysis approach without constraint to investment style, size, or geography, and may also hold foreign securities and enter short sales. Because the fund is non-diversified, MFS may invest a significant percentage of assets in a single issuer or small number of issuers.

Share of the fund’s equity (by value) in companies whose trailing five-year revenue — or net-income — growth ranks in the top 25% of U.S. public companies. Foreign and newly-listed holdings are excluded, so the figure covers only part of the book. From SEC filings — not investment advice. How we measure this.

Cumulative return· Jun 2023 – Apr 2026

May 2026 has been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so it is not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
