Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Fund seeks growth of capital.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in mid-capitalization stocks identified through bottom-up fundamental research, seeking companies with underappreciated catalysts for growth such as new products, market share gains, regulatory developments, or operational improvements. Holdings are classified as core investments in mature secular growth stories, turn investments driven by developing catalysts, or tactical positions tied to cyclical opportunities or valuation disconnects, with positions trimmed or exited upon catalyst realization, valuation targets, or fundamental deterioration. Because returns depend on the Portfolio Managers' identification and timing of catalysts and execution of their sell discipline, performance will diverge from mid-cap market returns.

Cumulative return· Jun 2023 – Apr 2026

May 2026 has been filed since the trailing figures were struck, so it is not in the table above or the curve — every figure here shares one cut-off, which is what makes them comparable with other funds.
