Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The Fund seeks a favorable long-term total return that reflects the investment performance of the U.S. equity markets, as represented by the benchmark index, while giving special consideration to certain environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria.

Strategy · summarised

The fund invests at least 80% of its assets in large-cap U.S. equities selected to track the S&P 500 Index while meeting ESG criteria that screen for carbon intensity, fossil fuel reserves ownership, and involvement in businesses including tobacco, thermal coal, weapons, and oil sands extraction. The adviser uses quantitative techniques to match the benchmark's risk characteristics after applying ESG filters. Because the fund's holdings are constrained by ESG criteria that may exclude companies in the index, performance may diverge from the S&P 500.
