Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4

The investment objective of the Fund is long-term growth of capital .

Strategy · summarised

The fund is managed by a subadviser that invests at least 65% of assets in equity and equity-related securities of companies with market capitalizations exceeding $1 billion that the subadviser believes have above-average growth prospects, identified through fundamental research including earnings forecasts, management meetings, and financial analysis. The remainder may be allocated to smaller-capitalization stocks, non-U.S. securities (up to 35% of assets), fixed income, and cash. Because stock selection depends on the subadviser's forecasts and assessments of business fundamentals, which may prove incorrect, fund performance will diverge from that of funds using different selection methods.
