Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q2

ProShares Ultra S&P500 (the Fund) seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, that correspond to two times (2x) the daily performance of the S&P 500 Index (the Index).

Strategy · summarised

The fund seeks daily investment results that correspond to two times the daily performance of the S&P 500 Index through a combination of equity securities, swap agreements, futures contracts, and money market instruments, rebalancing its portfolio each day to maintain its leveraged exposure. Because the fund resets its leverage daily, returns over periods longer than one day will not equal two times the return of the Index. The fund may invest in a representative sample of Index securities or in securities not contained in the Index.
