Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q2

The investment objective of the Portfolio is to seek capital appreciation.

Strategy · summarised

The fund is managed by a subadviser and seeks capital appreciation by investing at least 65% of assets in large-capitalization equities selected for trading at a discount to intrinsic value, with emphasis on free cash flow durability and earnings growth. Up to 35% may be held in debt and preferred stock, up to 25% in real estate investment trusts, and up to 30% in foreign securities including equities and debt; American Depositary Receipts traded in U.S. markets are not treated as foreign securities. Because security selection depends on the subadviser's valuation judgments, fund performance will diverge from any benchmark. A disciplined risk management process guides both security selection and portfolio construction.
