The fund invests primarily in large-cap U.S. value stocks selected by the Investment Manager based on criteria including valuation, financial strength, growth potential, competitive position, projected earnings, cash flows, and dividends. The fund holds at least 80% of its net assets in companies of a size similar to those in the Russell 1000 Value Index and may also invest in midsize companies. Returns depend on the Investment Manager's security selection decisions.
