Fund profile
As filed in the prospectus · 2025 Q4
The fund seeks long-term capital appreciation.
The fund invests primarily in U.S. common stocks of companies that the manager rates 1 or 2 on its proprietary ESG scale, which assesses financially material environmental, social, and governance practices using a sector-specific materiality framework informed by SASB standards. At least 80% of assets are held in securities meeting these sustainability criteria. The fund may also hold non-U.S. equities and typically favors growth stocks. Because security selection depends on the manager's ESG ratings and fundamental analysis, fund performance will diverge from broad market returns.

Share of the fund’s equity (by value) in companies whose trailing five-year revenue — or net-income — growth ranks in the top 25% of U.S. public companies.
