Fund profile

As filed in the prospectus · 2026 Q1

The funds goal is to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of an index that measures the performance of large U.S. companies based on their fundamental size and weight.

Strategy · summarised

The fund tracks the RAFI Fundamental High Liquidity US Large Index, which selects and weights large U.S. companies by fundamental measures of size—adjusted sales, retained operating cash flow, and dividends plus buybacks—rather than market capitalization. The fund generally holds all index constituents at index weights, though it may deviate to manage trading costs, taxes, or liquidity, and may hold up to 10% of assets in securities not yet in the index or in derivatives to track performance. Because the fund's weightings may differ from the index's, its returns can diverge from the index before fees.
